RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 7-8 I-freeze veg chaap pcs
- ½ Cup hung curd
- 1 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 Tablespoon green chili paste
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 Teaspoon oil for marination
- 3 Tablespoon oil
- 1 Cup grated tomatoes
- ¾ Cup grated onions
- 2 Inch grated ginger
- 1 Tablespoons cumin seeds
- 2 Black cardamom
- 2 Tablespoon degi mirch (optional)
- ¼ Tablespoon garam masala
- 1 Tablespoon Amchoor
Cooking Directions
- 1. Thaw I-Freeze Veg Chaap till its soft.
- 2. Chop fresh I- Freeze veg chaap similar to tikka sixed blocks of cube . Marinade with oil ,salt ,red chilli powder , garlic and ginger paste. Rest for half an hour.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan . Add black cardamom and cumin seeds and let it cook.
- 4. After a few minutes add chopped onion and mix well.
- 5. Fry on medium heat until it gets brownish in color . Add tomato and green chilli paste. Mix well . Cook for about a minute on high flame and then add spices . Add deghi mirchi at this stage, garam masala and amchoor powder.
- 6. Let it simmer on medium flame . Mix well and let it cook.
- 7. Gravy is almost ready . Now add I-FREEZE Veg Chaap with the marination mixture . Cook for about 5 minutes .
- 8. Masala Soya chaap is ready. Garnish with fresh coriander . Serve them with Naan / Paranthas or just with onions & mint chutney .
