RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- Garlic 5 flakes (finely chopped )
- Spring onions (white part) 1 tablespoon chopped
- Spring onion (green part )
- 1 tablespoon chopped
- Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- Soya sauce 2 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon + 2tablespoon
- Corn flour 1 tablespoon (mixed with 1/4 cup water)
- Water / vegatable stock 1 cup
- Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Snacky’s manchurian balls
Cooking Directions
- Lets proceed to prepare the sauce for it.
- In a heavy bottomed kadai pan add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste.
- Add chilly sauce &tomato sauce to it.
- Add dark soya sauce, little salt corn flour paste (1 tablespoon corn flour +1/4 cup water ) and mix well
- Heat the pan with the sauce in low medium flame.
- Add half cup water and bring it to a boil.
- Turn off the flame gently add the fried snacky’s manchurian balls to the gravy. Stir well
- Place them in the serving bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions.
- Now vegetable manchurian is ready to enjoy with fried rice, veg rice or with noodles.
