RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- Whole wheat paratha
- 4 snacky’s shaami kebabs
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1 tomato thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup lettuce leaves torn
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoon green chili sauce
- Few lemon wedges
- Oil for shallow frying
- 1. Cook parathas on a hot griddle until crispy on both sides
- 2. Keep warm and set aside
- 3. Dip snacky’s shaami kebabs in hot oil for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- 4. Remove from the oil and absorbent on kitchen paper
- 5. Apply mayonnaise on parathas
- 6. Put two shaami kebabs on each paratha
- 7. Top with onion, tomato slices and lettucse leaves
- 8. Drizzle chili garlic and green chilli sauce over them
- 9. Roll them tightly and secure with a wooden pick delicious shaami kebab rolls are ready to serve
- 10. Serve with french fries and chili garlic sauce
