• 1/2  cup grated carrot
  • 1/2  cup sliced onions
  • Chaat masala to taste
  • 4 rotis
  • 2 cup roughly  chopped lettuce
  • 1/2  tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • Snacky’s hara bhara kebab

Cooking Directions


  • 1.  Combine the carrots, onion slices and chaat masala in a bowl mix well and keep aside
  • 2.  Place a roti on a clean dry surface and arrange 1/2  cup of lettuce in a single row in the centre on the roti
  • 3.  Place 2 snacky’s hara bhara kebabs and arrange 1/4th   of the carrots onion  mixture over it.
  • 4.  Finally spread  1/4th  of the tomato ketchup over it and roll it up tightly.
  • 5.  Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more rolls
  • 6.  Wrap a tissue paper around each roll and serve immediately
