RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2  CUP GRATED CARROT
  • 1/2  CUP SLICED ONIONS
  • CHAAT MASALA TO TASTE
  • 4 ROTIS
  • 2 CUP ROUGHLY  CHOPPED LETTUCE
  • 1/2  TABLESPOON TOMATO KETCHUP
  • SNACKY’S HARA BHARA KEBAB

Cooking Directions

  • COMBINE THE CARROTS, ONION SLICES AND CHAAT MASALA IN A BOWL MIX WELL AND KEEP ASIDE
  • PLACE A ROTI ON A CLEAN DRY SURFACE AND ARRANGE 1/2  CUP OF LETTUCE IN A SINGLE ROW IN THE CENTRE ON THE ROTI
  • PLACE 2 SNACKY’S HARA BHARA KEBABS AND ARRANGE 1/4TH   OF THE CARROTS ONION  MIXTURE OVER IT.
  • FINALLY SPREAD  1/4TH  OF THE TOMATO KETCHUP OVER IT AND ROLL IT UP TIGHTLY.
  • REPEAT WITH THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS TO MAKE 3 MORE ROLLS
  • WRAP A TISSUE PAPER AROUND EACH ROLL AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY
