RECIPE INGREDIENTS

 

  • 9 pita bread
  • Butter for brushing
  • 4 ½ teaspoon garlic chutney
  • ½ teaspoon garlic chuteny
  • ½ recipe tahini dip
  • 18 sliced tomato halves
  • 9 tablespoon shredded lecttuce
  • Snacky’s falafel

Cooking Directions

 

  • 1.  Fry snacky’s falafel  in 2 inches of oil  at 350 degrees until golden brown (2-5 mint)
  • 2.  Serve falafel drizzled with yogurt or hummus with salad on the and side and pita bread
  • 3.  To serve place snacky’s  falafel and rice into a bowl of your favorite steamed greens like collard, kale, spinach, etc. steamed veggies like carrots, zucchini squash with avocado ,a drizzle of tahini or  cashew cream, a splash of nama shoyu etc
  • 4.  Serve immediately, with sweet and spicy thai dipping sauce recipe  below
