RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 9 pita bread
- Butter for brushing
- 4 ½ teaspoon garlic chutney
- ½ teaspoon garlic chuteny
- ½ recipe tahini dip
- 18 sliced tomato halves
- 9 tablespoon shredded lecttuce
- Snacky’s falafel
Cooking Directions
- 1. Fry snacky’s falafel in 2 inches of oil at 350 degrees until golden brown (2-5 mint)
- 2. Serve falafel drizzled with yogurt or hummus with salad on the and side and pita bread
- 3. To serve place snacky’s falafel and rice into a bowl of your favorite steamed greens like collard, kale, spinach, etc. steamed veggies like carrots, zucchini squash with avocado ,a drizzle of tahini or cashew cream, a splash of nama shoyu etc
- 4. Serve immediately, with sweet and spicy thai dipping sauce recipe below
