RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- Chaat masala to taste
- 4 rotis
- 2 cup roughly chopped lettuce
- 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- Snacky’s hara bhara kebab
Cooking Directions
- 1. Combine the carrots, onion slices and chaat masala in a bowl mix well and keep aside
- 2. Place a roti on a clean dry surface and arrange 1/2 cup of lettuce in a single row in the centre on the roti
- 3. Place 2 snacky’s hara bhara kebabs and arrange 1/4th of the carrots onion mixture over it.
- 4. Finally spread 1/4th of the tomato ketchup over it and roll it up tightly.
- 5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more rolls
- 6. Wrap a tissue paper around each roll and serve immediately
