RECIPE INGREDIENTS

 

  • Whole wheat paratha
  • 4 snacky’s shaami kebabs
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato thinly sliced
  • 1/2  cup  lettuce leaves torn
  • 2 tablespoon  mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoon green chili sauce
  • Few lemon wedges
  • Oil for  shallow frying

 

  • 1.  Cook parathas on a hot griddle until crispy on both  sides
  • 2.  Keep warm and set aside
  • 3.  Dip snacky’s shaami kebabs in hot oil for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 4.  Remove from the oil and absorbent on kitchen paper
  • 5.  Apply mayonnaise on parathas
  • 6.  Put two shaami kebabs on each paratha
  • 7.  Top with onion, tomato slices and lettucse leaves
  • 8.  Drizzle chili garlic and green chilli sauce over them
  • 9.  Roll them tightly and secure with a wooden pick  delicious shaami kebab rolls are ready to serve
  • 10. Serve with french fries and chili garlic sauce
