  • 2 TABLESPOON  MAYONNAISE
  • 2 TABLESPOON CHILI GARLIC SAUCE
  • 2 TABLESPOON GREEN CHILI SAUCE
  • FEW LEMON WEDGES
  • OIL FOR  SHALLOW FRYING

Cooking Directions

  • COOK PARATHAS ON A HOT GRIDDLE UNTIL CRISPY ON BOTH  SIDES
  • KEEP WARM AND SET ASIDE
  • DIP SNACKY’S SHAAMI KEBABS IN HOT OIL FOR 2 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
  • REMOVE FROM THE OIL AND ABSORBENT ON KITCHEN PAPER
  • APPLY MAYONNAISE ON PARATHAS
  • PUT TWO SHAAMI KEBABS ON EACH PARATHA
  • TOP WITH ONION, TOMATO SLICES AND LETTUCSE LEAVES
  • DRIZZLE CHILI GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLI SAUCE OVER THEM
  • ROLL THEM TIGHTLY AND SECURE WITH A WOODEN PICK  DELICIOUS SHAAMI KEBAB ROLLS ARE READY TO SERVE
  • SERVE WITH FRENCH FRIES AND CHILI GARLIC SAUCE
