How to Cook Cheese Corn Nugget :- Heat oil and check the temperature of the oil by adding a tiny nugget made from the corn-cheese mixture. The Nugget should rise on the surface steadily and gradually. If the Nugget comes up slowly, then the oil is not hot enough. If it comes too quickly, the oil is very hot, so reduce the flame. slid the corn cheese nugget gently into the hot oil. Fry on a medium flame. When one side turns golden, then turn over with a slotted spoon. Do not be in a hurry to turn over. Otherwise, the Cheese Corn Nugget break in the oil. Turn again and a couple of times more to get an even golden color and to ensure that they have fried well. Remove them on kitchen paper towels to remove excess oil. Fry the remaining Cheese Corn Nugget in the same way. If baking Cheese Corn Nugget, then bake at 200 degrees Celsius in a pre-heated oven for 15 to 20 min till golden on top. Bake in a greased tray. Serve Cheese Corn Nugget with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney or mint chutney or any chutney or dip of your choice.
How to Cook Hara Bhara Kabab :– Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons oil in tawa or pan. Spread the oil all over the tawa with a spoon. When the oil becomes medium-hot, place the kabab. if you are using a large tawa or griddle then you can fry all the kababs in 2 to 3 tablespoons oil. I fried in two batches. So fried the first batch in 2 tablespoons oil and then fried the second batch in 1 tablespoon oil. When one side is golden, turn over gently each hara bhara kabab. When the second side is golden, then flip again gently. Turn over and fry once or twice for an even crispness and uniform golden color. Place them on kitchen paper towels.
serve hara bhara kabab hot with mint chutney or coriander chutney or tomato ketchup or sweet tamarind chutney.
