  • 1 CUP MAYONNAISE
  • 1 CUP ROASTED I-FREEZE RED PEPPER 
  • 1 TEASPOON BALSAMIC VINEGAR
  • 1 SMALL  FRESH  I-FREEZE RED PEPPER MINCED

Cooking Directions

  • HOW TO MAKE  ROASTED RED PEPPER DIP RECIPE:
  • 1. IN A FOOD PROCESSOR/ MINI CHOPPER MINCE THE GARLIC BLEND IN THE MAYONNAISE. ADD THE ROASTED I-FREEZE RED PEPPERS. PULSE UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
  • 2. REMOVE TO A BOWL AND STIR IN THE BALSAMIC VINEGAR AND THE MINCED FRESH I-FREEZE RED PEPPER CHILL FOR AN HOUR BEFORE SERVING.
  • 3. SERVE WITH PITA CHIPS OR TORTILLA CHIPS.
