Chop fresh I- Freeze veg chaap similar to tikka sixed blocks of cube . Marinade with oil ,salt ,red chilli powder , garlic and ginger paste. Rest for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan . Add black cardamom and cumin seeds and let it cook.
After a few minutes add chopped onion and mix well.
Fry on medium heat until it gets brownish in color . Add tomato and green chilli paste. Mix well . Cook for about a minute on high flame and then add spices . Add deghi mirchi at this stage, garam masala and amchoor powder.
Let it simmer on medium flame . Mix well and let it cook.
Gravy is almost ready . Now add I-FREEZE Veg Chaap with the marination mixture . Cook for about 5 minutes .
Masala Soya chaap is ready. Garnish with fresh coriander . Serve them with Naan / Paranthas or just with onions & mint chutney .
