Frozen Mini Samosa

Frozen Mini Samosa is a North Indian recipe made from flour, roasted peanuts and spices. This easy snack recipe is ideal for occasions like kitty parties and anniversaries or can be served as a evening snack.

 

Ingredients of Mini Samosa

  • 500 gm flour
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 2 pinches powdered asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 5 tablespoon ghee
  • 500 gm roasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoon powdered raw mango
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

 

HOW TO COOK?

Thawing of product not required.

Cook from frozen to get best results.

 

DEEP FRY

Preheat oil (max. temperature of 175ºC recommended). Deep fry for 3 minutes to a light golden colour. It is ready to cook further as per the recipe.

 

Oven Bake

Preheat oven 220ºC. Apply oil on both sides of the product. Arrange the product on single layer on baking tray. Bake for 10 min or until crispy brown. Remove and Serve hot.

 

Can also be cooked in Air Fryer.
